Clark discovered an interest in next generation food systems and agricultural technology while working a 160-acre meat and vegetable farm in Massachusetts. He spent a fall harvest season immersed in all aspects of modern farmer pain points, and the issues surrounding accessibility and affordability in local, sustainable communities. Prior, Clark was an analyst at PA Consulting Group, supporting senior leadership of financial institutions and power companies with strategic operations, financial due diligence, cost savings and large-scale capital projects.

Clark is a senior analyst in enterprise strategy and operations at American Express and a weekend line cook. He received a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College in philosophy and economics. He is an avid runner, rower and aficionado of California burritos.
