Emily is a second-year graduate student in NYU's Clinical Nutrition program where she is pursuing an MS and RD certification. She holds a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College. She has worked as a Community Specialist for the Cambridge Innovation Center, in the Arts & Entertainment Engagement department at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and in On-Air Marketing at NBCUniversal. Emily is passionate about chronic disease prevention, the plant-based movement, and sustainable agriculture. In her spare time, she volunteers at City Harvest, New York City's largest food rescue organization.
