Paula Perez is a junior at NYU in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she is pursuing a concentration in entrepreneurship and sustainable business with a minor in food studies. She became involved with food issues in New York City after volunteering with Wellness in the Schools for a semester, and is especially interested in food access for children, urban agriculture, and the plant-based movement.
